Bari Tessler-Linden, M.A., Mommy, Founder, Financial Therapist, Speaker, Course Facilitator and HOST of the Conscious Bookkeeping Alliance Team.

Bari is the Founder of the Conscious Bookkeeping philosophy, method and organization. She has a Masters Degree in Somatic Psychology from Naropa University and is the head Financial Therapist, Speaker and Course Facilitator for her company. Bari oversees a wonderful team, of Financial Therapists, Bookkeeping Trainers, Financial Coaches & Tax Experts all ready to help people transform their relationship to money on a practical, emotional and psycho-spiritual level.

Bari is the co-author of the book, Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Imagination and Excellence in the Workplace.

And, she is currently working on the Conscious Bookkeeping E-Book & Home Study Course Program due out in Fall 2010.

Eva Konigsberg, EA, MBA - Financial Coach & Tax Consultant

Eva's passion is to help good people master money and live the life of their dreams.  As a personal financial coach, she works with individuals and couples.  Her work is focused on breaking through emotional issues and providing technical tools for budgeting, retirement planning, managing an inheritance, and navigating life stages without worrying about money. 

She is also a business financial coach.  She helps self-employed entrepreneurs and business partners with everything from business structure, corporate set up, capital, payroll, agreements, resolving interpersonal conflicts and profitably expanding.  She is expert in S corp, LLC, nonprofit, international (multi-currency) and multi-company structures.  She also offers full tax services.  She is an Enrolled Agent. This means she is licensed by the IRS as a professional tax preparer and tax expert, who can prepare your tax return, help you intelligently plan for tax avoidance, and represent you if you are in dispute or faced with an audit by the IRS.  Additionally, she provides one to one training in all aspect of QuickBooks for your business or nonprofit.  She specializes in hybrid packages tailored to your unique situation, such as:

Caroline Donahue, M.A. M.A. CPC Mint Financial Coach, Business and Productivity Coach & the Guest Editor of the Conscious Bookkeeping Money Door Blog.

Caroline Donahue is the founder of Remabulous Coaching, a company that works with creative professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners. She holds an MA in counseling psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy and is a certified productivity and business coach who works to build businesses in a way that creates both meaning, uniqueness and revenue. This work has lead to her to help these business owners manage and plan for effective use of conscious bookkeeping techniques with mint.com. She is dedicated to shining the light on money and the many messages it carries in our culture. This has lead her to writing about money on the Conscious Bookkeeping Blog and curating material that will help readers build a positive and thriving relationship to money. She works on personal finance with Mint through Conscious Bookkeeping and is available for private business coaching through RemabulousShe works with individuals and groups, both in person in LA and Santa Barbara as well as over the phone.

David Zinn, Quicken Expert & Bookkeeping Trainer

David Zinn loves to teach Quicken and personal QuickBooks. He is a master bookkeeper. He talks your language and tells you what you need to know. Previously, he started Abacus Home Services in 1977. He taught elementary school in 1978-1985. He worked in the Accounting Dept. of Abacus, Inc., a business he helped launch with Eva Konigsberg, EA, MBA (also a Conscious Bookkeeping trainer and financial coach) from 1985-1993. He started Do It Right Bookkeeping in 1993. He is very experienced in both keeping books and teaching others how to keep books. He earned his Certified Tax Preparer designation in 1994. He purchased a Tenancy in Common in San Francisco in 1994 and right around that time started a co-ed slow pitch softball team that's still going strong. He travels to Arizona every year for spring training.



Jonathan M. Balter, CPA, PFP - Tax and Business Advisor

Jonathan has been a valuable resource and advisor for Conscious Bookkeeping since 2006. He combines strong technical expertise with heart-centered, motivating communication to deliver value-adding guidance to his clients. Jonathan's professional background is a well-rounded mix of comprehensive public accounting CPA training and private industry experience as Controller of a traditional, multi-state building materials distributor and Controller of a start-up internet company. Jonathan distinguishes himself from other professionals by his ability to integrate his technical expertise in business and individual taxation and personal finance with sharp, practical, value-adding business management guidance.

Jonathan works with self-employed entrepreneurs and owners of all business entities (C and S-corporations, LLCs, Partnerships) to maximize tax savings at both the entity and individual levels as well as understand and improve business financial performance and profitability. He offers his clientele full-compliance and planning services for all business licenses and filings including payroll, income tax, business license, entity selection and formation, and, as a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, he customizes and trains his clients to effectively use Quickbooks accounting software.
